Rockstar is a music school in Ramat Aviv Gimel founded by working musicians, around one simple idea: to pass the love of music on to the next generation through creativity, songwriting, composition and all the technological tools of today.
Rockstar was born on the stage and in the studio. We founded the school after years of performing, recording and writing, when we realized that what matters most to us isn't just playing ourselves, but lighting that spark in others: in a child holding a guitar for the first time, in a teenage girl discovering she has a voice, and in an adult who always dreamed of sitting at a piano.
With us you don't learn music only from a book. You learn it the way musicians really work: playing songs you love from the very first lessons, writing and composing, recording, experimenting with studio technology, and above all playing together with others.
The school sits in the heart of Ramat Aviv Gimel, in a quiet and pleasant setting, and serves families, children, teens and adults from all over north Tel Aviv.

This is what makes a music lesson at Rockstar something you look forward to all week.
Technique is a tool, not a goal. From the very first lessons students create: improvising, writing first lines, composing and discovering their own voice.
All our teachers play, sing, record and perform. They bring into the classroom what's happening right now on stage and in the studio, not just what's written in a book.
Recording, production software, loops and effects are part of the lesson. Students learn to produce their ideas, not just play them.
Music is a language you speak together. Students join ensembles and bands, rehearse real repertoire and get on stage in front of an audience.
For kids, teens and adults: from the first sound to preparing for the stage and the studio. Choose an instrument, meet a teacher, and start playing.

Every Rockstar student gets a personal plan built around what they love to listen to and play. The teacher guides, measures progress and points forward: to the next song, the next ensemble, the next show.
This is what routine looks like with us: ensembles rehearsing in the studio during the week, and performance nights where students get on stage in front of an audience, with the teachers sitting in the front row.
