Accessibility Statement

Rockstar – Music School works to promote digital and service accessibility, out of the belief that every person has the right to enjoy a convenient, independent and equal service experience. We invest considerable effort in adapting our website and services for people with disabilities and older adults.

Website accessibility

The website has been adapted to accessibility requirements in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568 at level AA.

• Accessibility menu: The website includes an accessibility menu (the blue button at the side of the screen) that allows, among other things, enlarging text, changing contrast, highlighting links and stopping animations.
• Keyboard navigation: The website can be browsed and operated using the keyboard alone.
• Technological compatibility: The website is adapted to modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox) and to browsing from mobile devices.
• Assistive technology support: Adjustments have been made to allow optimal use of screen reader software (such as NVDA).

Service accessibility arrangements

The school provides personal and flexible service adapted to the needs of students and families, with an emphasis on accessible information and meetings:

• Lessons at the school's branches: Lessons take place in the school's studio by appointment. When scheduling the trial lesson, our team will be happy to provide information about the accessibility arrangements at the branch and help adapt the lesson to individual needs.
• Visiting the school: Visits to the school are by appointment only. Full assistance is also available through digital and telephone channels.
• Telephone and digital assistance: Our team is available to help with filling in forms, reading out information or any other assistance required remotely.
